Deposit Policy:

Any reservations made with arrival Friday through Saturday, a deposit of the first night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment to cover room and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by calling room reservations must occur at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of the first night of room and tax charges. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.

Other Policies:

Maximum occupancy for Deluxe King, Deluxe Harbor View, Deluxe Double, Deluxe Harbor View, Parlor Suite and 2 Bedrooms Apartment Suite is four (4). Maximum occupancy for 3 Bedrooms Apartment Suite is six (6). Check-in time after 3 p.m. on day of arrival; check-out time before 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in. Bed type and other preferences are not guaranteed.
