Deposit Policy: 

Any reservation(s) requires a deposit of the first night of room and tax, which will be charged at the time of booking. Guests staying in a Premier King, Premier King Harbor View, Premier Double and Premier Double Harbor View room will be required to present a method of payment to cover room and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals. Guests staying in a Signature Suite and Signature Harbor View Suite will be required to present a valid credit card to cover room and tax, plus $300 a night for incidentals. Guests staying in a Two-Bedroom Residence, Presidential and Chairmans Villa will be required to present a valid credit card to cover room and tax, plus $500 a night for incidentals. At time of check-in, the guest will also be required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification. 

Food and Beverage Credit:

One (1) $50 Food and Beverage credit will be applied per confirmed and realized reservation.  Reservations must be booked more than fourteen (14) days in advance of the arrival date to qualify for the credit.  Any credit(s) will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied.  Any costs over and above included credit(s) will appear on your guest folio.  Any unused credit will be forfeited upon checkout and will not be refunded.  The Food and Beverage credit is not valid at Fratelli, Mystique or Dunkin'. Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in this offer.


Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation by calling room reservations must occur at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty of the first night of room and tax charges. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. For reservations which cancel late or no show, a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file. The $100 amount is only for promotional comp rooms. All other cancels or no shows are charged in accordance with the cancellation policy of the rate they booked which is at a minimum their first night room and tax.


Other Policies: 

Maximum occupancy for Premier King, Premier Harbor View King, Premier Double, Premier Harbor View Double, Signature Suite, Signature Harbor View Suite, and Two-Bedroom Residence is four (4). Maximum occupancy for Villas is six (6). Check-in time after 4 p.m. on day of arrival; check-out time before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room. Guests may not bring more than 1 bottle of wine, 1 six-pack, or 1/5 of liquor. Outside food (other than small snacks) and coolers are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in. Bed type and other preferences are not guaranteed. Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this offer at its sole discretion.
