Reservations are limited to Encore Boston Harbor Premier King, Premier Double, Harbor View King, Harbor View Double, Signature Suite, Signature Harbor View Suite, Thursday through Sunday nights, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy.  Two (2) night minimum stay in each room is required to receive the third (3rd) complimentary night stay per room.  Offer valid now through August, 31 2020.  Blackout dates may apply.  Guest must book July 23, 2020 through December 27, 2020.  This room offer, may not be combined with any other offer, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion and has no cash value.  Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is not commissionable. 

A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit.  A deposit of the first night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited.  An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in.  A Late Check Out is subject to availability and represents half or a full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure.   A valid credit card authorized to cover room, fees, tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our highest priority. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for two bedroom suites is 8 people.  Management may pre-approve additional guests at their discretion.  Violations can result in eviction and cleaning fees.
