Reservations are limited to Premier King, Premier Double, Harbor View Premier King, Harbor View Premier Double, Signature Suite, Signature Harbor View Suite, Two Bedroom Residence subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip, and blackout dates will apply. Double beds are available for an additional charge. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion.
DEPOSIT POLICY
We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. For all reservations staying through December 31, a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation, and the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable 30 days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance for all room nights will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Except as set forth for specific dates below, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. For all reservations staying through December 31, cancellations must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date or the full deposit for all room nights will be forfeited. For reservations which cancel late or no show, a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file. The $100 amount is only for promotional comp rooms. All other cancels or no shows are charged in accordance with the cancellation policy of the rate they booked which is at a minimum their first night room and tax.
PARKING INFORMATION
Self-parking at our resort is complimentary - Encore guests, subject to availability. Exceptions may apply for special events. Valet parking is available for a daily fee.
OTHER POLICIES
- A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
- There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding 2 in a room.
- Check-in time after 4 p.m., check-out time before 11 a.m.
- Registered guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.
- There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.
- Bed type are not guaranteed.
- There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.
- There is a deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in any room of $500.
- Guests may not bring more than 1 bottle of wine, 1 six-pack, or 1/5 of liquor. Outside food (other than small snacks) and coolers are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our highest priority. Once we become aware of any room exceeding occupancy limits, we immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. We have zero tolerance for irresponsible or inappropriate behavior on our property. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for two bedroom suites is 8 people. Management may pre-approve additional guests at their discretion. Violations can result in eviction and cleaning fees.
