1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to select Wynn Rewards members as designated by Encore Boston Harbor in accordance with these Rules (defined below) (each, a “Member”).

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.


3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Members that earn two hundred fifty (250) slot points during the Promotional Period (defined below) will receive one (1) entry into a drawing. Members will receive an additional drawing entry for every additional two hundred fifty (250) points earned during the Promotional Period. Members may earn entries from 6:00 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. daily beginning on Saturday, August 1, 2020 through 8:59 a.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 (the “Promotional Period”). Members may earn multiplier entries on Saturday, August 1, 2020. Members may view their drawing entries at any promotional kiosk throughout the Promotional Period. Entries must be activated by Members from 9:00 a.m. to 3:29 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 by swiping their Wynn Rewards at any promotional kiosk. All entries must be activated by 3:29 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 in order to be valid.


4. REGISTRATION: Members must activate their drawing entry or entries from 9:00 a.m. to 3:29 p.m. on August 30, 2020 to be eligible for the drawing.


5. PRIZES: Between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on August 30, 2020, ten (10) winners will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes for a free slot play prize, a promotional chip prize or a finale spot. The first nine (9) winners in each drawing session will receive $250 in free slot play or promotional chips. The tenth (10th) winner will receive a finale spot. Finale winners must be present to win. Encore Boston Harbor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices. If a selected finale winner is not present, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) minutes from the time award notification was sent, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. The twelve (12) finale winners will be automatically entered into a final drawing which will occur at 5 p.m. on August 30, 2020 (the “Final Drawing”). During the Final Drawing, each winner will receive between $1,500 and $25,000 in free slot play, promotional chips or cash, in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion.


Free slot play will be automatically loaded to a winner’s Wynn Rewards account. Free slot play valued up to $499 is valid until 5:59 a.m. the next calendar day. Free slot play valued at $500 and above is available for thirty (30) days after the date of issuance. Members are eligible to be drawn for a max of one (1) prize per drawing session. All prizes are nontransferable. Winners shall be solely responsible for any and all prize-related expenses and fees, including without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any prize. Except as set forth in these Rules, no substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by a winner is permitted.


6. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, Member understands and agrees that Encore Boston Harbor may use their name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.


7. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion.


8. LIABILITIES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to release and hold harmless Wynn MA, LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.

August 7 & 14, 2020

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to invited Wynn Rewards card members (each, a “Member”).

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, the Member agrees to accept any decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.

4. REGISTRATION: Eligible members must visit any promotional kiosk on the casino floor to receive a bonus prize valued between $10 and $1,000.   


5. PRIZES: Members must visit a promotional kiosk to play a bonus game for a prize valued between $10 and $1,000.  Maximum of one bonus prize per promotional day. No substitution of prize or transfer of prize to others or request for a cash equivalent is permitted. Free slot play is automatically loaded to the member’s Wynn Rewards account.
