1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (this “Promotion”) is open to invited Wynn Rewards members (each, a “Member”).


2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.


3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).


4. REGISTRATION: Members will be awarded free slot play based on their casino play and in the sole discretion of Encore Boston Harbor. Members must visit Encore Boston Harbor and insert their Wynn Rewards card into a slot machine to redeem their free slot play. Video poker and Dynasty games are excluded from this Promotion.


5. PRIZES AND AWARD: Prior to the Promotional Period, the Director of Database Marketing or other person designated by Encore Boston Harbor (the “Director”) shall select three (3) invited members via a randomizer to receive a higher amount of free slot play, in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion. The Director shall send the names of the three (3) designated Members to the Executive Vice President of Operations. A pre-determined matrix, based on casino play, shall be used by the Executive Vice President of Operations to establish the additional award each designated Member shall receive. For audit and protection purposes, the award list will be shared with the General Counsel. The Executive Vice President of Operations shall have the Chief Intelligence Officer set up a notification upon card-in for one (1) of the three (3) designated Members. Once notified, the Executive Vice President of Operations shall meet the relevant Member in person to notify he or she of their winnings. The Executive Vice President of Operations shall inform the Director of the winning accounts and the amounts, and the Director shall then add the free slot play onto the account.


All other Members will visit a slot machine to redeem their communicated free slot play offer.


Except as set forth in these Rules, no substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Free slot play will be automatically loaded to a winner’s Wynn Rewards account. Free slot play valued up to $99 is valid until 5:59 a.m. the next calendar day. Free slot play valued at $100 and above is available for thirty (30) days after the date of issuance. Members are eligible to redeem a max of one (1) prize. All prizes are nontransferable. Winners shall be solely responsible for any and all prize-related expenses and fees, including without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any prize.


6. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, Member understands and agrees that Encore Boston Harbor may use their name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.


7. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion.


8. LIABILITIES: By participating in this promotion the player agrees to release and hold harmless Wynn MA, LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
