$20,000 Slot Tournament

September 14 through 28, 2020

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Wynn Rewards members (each, a “Member”). No substitution or support of a Member by another Member or any guest is permitted during any Tournament (defined below). If another Member or guest touches the machine that is in play by another Member during any Tournament, the playing Member will be disqualified. Qualifying Members must participate in the Finale Session (defined below) to claim a prize. In the event of a no-show in the Finale Session, the relevant Member will be disqualified and will not be replaced with another Member.


2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions of Encore Boston Harbor, as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.


3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Weekly slot tournaments (each, a “Tournament”) will run each Monday during the period beginning on September 14, 2020 and ending on September 28, 2020 (the “Promotional Period”). Tournament play will take place each Monday during the Promotional Period from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.


4. REGISTRATION: Members must play in a walkup preliminary session between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of each Tournament. Upon completion of the preliminary session, the top twenty (20) scorers will be notified by display of names on a television screen to play in a finale session at 8 p.m. (a “Finale Session”). A minimum of two (2) players are required to run the Finale Session.


5. PRIZES: The top twenty (20) players in the Finale Session will receive a free slot play or cash prize valued between $500 and $5,000, as indicated in the chart below. Each Member is eligible for a maximum of one (1) prize per Tournament. In the event of a tie for a winning place, prizes will be combined and split evenly. Free slot play will be automatically loaded to a winner’s Wynn Rewards account. Free slot play valued up to $99 is valid until 5:59 a.m. the next calendar day. Free slot play valued at $100 and above is valid for thirty (30) days after the date of issuance. All prizes are nontransferable. Winners shall be solely responsible for any and all prize-related expenses and fees, including without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any prize. Except as set forth in these Rules, no substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by a winner is permitted.

6. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, Member understands and agrees that Encore Boston Harbor may use their name, likeness, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.


7. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion.


8. LIABILITIES: By participating in this Promotion the Member agrees to release and hold harmless Wynn MA, LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
