Rates are limited to Encore Boston Harbor, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy. Room types are based on availability. Offer valid November 5 through 29, 2020. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit.  A deposit of the first night of room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking. COMPDOLLARS may not be used for deposits on room reservations. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. For reservations which cancel late or no show, the first night of room rate and tax will be forfeit. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in.  A Late Check Out is subject to availability and represents half or a full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure.   A valid credit card authorized to cover room, fees, tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. 

Outside food and beverage, as well as coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our highest priority. Once we become aware of any room exceeding occupancy limits, we immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. We have zero tolerance for irresponsible or inappropriate behavior on our property. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4, for two bedroom suites is 8. Indoor gatherings that exceed 25 people are prohibited by law and will be reported to law enforcement and the Board of Health. There is additional $500 penalty for violating the prohibition. A cleaning fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.
