All Wynn Rewards Loyalty Program terms and conditions apply. New Wynn Rewards Member’s (each, a “New Member”) must complete their Wynn Rewards profile on a kiosk to qualify for this promotion (this “Promotion”). A New Member’s earning period will begin when the New Member completes their profile information and will end at 5:59 a.m. the following the day (the “Earning Period”). New Member’s must earn 125 Tier Credits, as designated by Encore Boston Harbor, during the Earning Period to receive an offer for a complimentary one night stay at Encore Boston Harbor subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Offer”). Tier Credits are based on average bet, type of game played, and length of play, and can be earned for play on select reel slots, video poker machines, and table games accumulated within a calendar year. Play is tracked whenever a player inserts their Wynn Rewards card into the slot machine or hands it to the dealer before table game play. Players are responsible for ensuring their play is tracked. New Member’s must have their valid Wynn Rewards card inserted into an eligible slot machine or presented to the dealer at any eligible table game during the Earning Period in order for play to be eligible for this Promotion. Wynn MA, LLC shall verify a New Member’s eligibility for the Offer based on play, and such verification shall be final and binding.
Reservations are limited to single or double occupancy Encore Boston Harbor Rooms and are subject to availability. Double beds may be available for an additional charge. Blackout dates may apply and are subject to change. Offer is valid for a one-night stay for the New Member, and guests may only book one night per trip. Offer is valid 90 days after the end of the New Member’s Earning Period. This Promotion is available to New Members through December 30, 2023. Offer is specific to each New Member and may not be transferred or exchanged. Offer has no cash value. Only one Offer per Wynn Rewards Card.
Two persons are permitted per guest room. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two person limit. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. For reservations which cancel late or no show, a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file. An early departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in. A late check-out is subject to availability and represents half or a full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, fees, tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. If the credit card on file declines for the fee, it will be deducted from the guest's available comp dollar balance.
A deposit of the first night of room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking. COMPDOLLARS may not be used for deposits on room reservations. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
Outside food and beverage, as well as coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our highest priority. Once we become aware of any room exceeding occupancy limits, we immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. We have zero tolerance for irresponsible or inappropriate behavior on our property. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for two bedroom suites is 8 people. Management may pre-approve additional guests at their discretion. Violations can result in eviction and cleaning fees. Photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. A smoking fee of $500 will be assessed if evidence is detected in the guest room.
New Members and their registered guests must be at least 21 years of age. Wynn MA, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at its sole discretion. This Promotion is property of Wynn MA, LLC and may not be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Wynn MA, LLC.
