Reservations are limited to Encore Boston Harbor, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, offer is valid for one stay, may only be booked two nights per trip. Reservation subject to cancellation and late cancellation fee if not checked in by 10 p.m. on the date of arrival. Guests arriving after 10 p.m. on their date of arrival should contact the call center at (857) 770-7100 to ensure their room is held.

A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. A credit card will be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. For reservations which cancel late or no show, a $100 fee will be applied to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file declines for the fee, it will be deducted from the guest's available comp dollar balance. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee of one night’s room rate and tax if notice is not received prior to check-in. A Late Check Out is subject to availability and represents half or a full day charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, fees, tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. If the credit card on file declines for the fee, it will be deducted from the guest's available comp dollar balance. 

Guests may not bring more than 1 bottle of wine, 1 six-pack, or 1/5 of liquor. Outside food (other than small snacks) and coolers are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit

The safety and well-being of our guests and employees are our highest priority. Once we become aware of any room exceeding occupancy limits, we immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. We have zero tolerance for irresponsible or inappropriate behavior on our property. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for two bedroom suites is 8 people. Management may pre-approve additional guests at their discretion. Violations can result in eviction and cleaning fees.
