Subject: Updated Timekeeping & Payroll System

At 12 a.m. on October 16th we are upgrading our timekeeping and payroll system to 

UKG Pro Workforce Management. This new system will allow you to view real-time updates to your timecards, and our tipped employees will begin recording tips through their timeclock.

While we expect minimal disruptions during the transition, we want to share a few important details with you. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • You may still view paystubs through the WIRE after the upgrade. However, starting at midnight on October 16 th , there will be a new link in the Employee Tools section.
  • Timecards will update in real time through the upgraded system, which means you can quickly spot inaccuracies and report them before the end of the pay period.
  • Employees clocking in the night of October 15 th and clocking out the morning of October 16 th cannot utilize the timeclocks to mark the end of that shift. Clock out times must be recorded manually using the written clock-out log sheet for your department.
  • Select hourly employees can start using the UKG Pro Workforce Management tile on their My Apps Dashboard on October 16 th at 6 a.m. to clock in and out.
  • Beginning October 16 th , tipped employees must report tips through their timeclock. Tips may be reported at any time during the pay period in which they’re earned. However, please do not report tips while you’re clocking in or out so that others may use the timeclock during the shift change.
