1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to Red Tier Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions (each, a “Member”) and who earn at least one (1) Tier Credit between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on a relevant Promotional Day (defined below). On each Promotional Day, Members must earn the requisite Tier Credits and close their slot or table session by 9:00 p.m. by removing their card from the slot machine or by requesting a table games supervisor to close their session, for gaming play to be recorded. Members are eligible to participate in this Promotion up to a maximum of two (2) times per Promotional Day by earning one (1) Tier Credits up to two (2) times (e.g., a Red Tier Member who earns two (2) Tier Credits on a relevant Promotional Day may receive two (2) vouchers). 

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.

3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:  On select dates, as listed below, in 2024 and 2025 (each, a “Promotional Day”).

•    All Celtics home games

•    All Bruins home games 

4. PRIZES: If a Member earns the requisite number of Tier Credits between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. to receive the voucher(s) on a Promotional Day, the Member must visit a promotional kiosk to receive a voucher for a complimentary pass to the TD Garden Shuttle. The voucher can only be redeemed on the Promotional Day during which the Tier Credits were earned. The Member must present the voucher to the shuttle representative located at the East Lobby. A maximum of two (2) vouchers may be obtained by a Member each Promotional Day. Shuttle availability is on a first come first served basis at the time of boarding the shuttle. Encore Boston Harbor has no obligation to provide a ride if the shuttle is at full occupancy. Eligibility to ride is based on the date of the voucher which correlates to the Promotion Day. Vouchers that have expired or future dates other than day of Promotion will not be accepted. Encore Boston Harbor is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers have no cash value. No substitution of prize or request for a cash equivalent is permitted. Encore Boston Harbor is not responsible for cancelled or delayed shuttles and reserves the right to modify the shuttle schedule in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion.

5. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, the Member hereby grants Encore Boston Harbor the right to use their name, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.  

6. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion.  

7. LIABILITIES:  By participating in this Promotion the Member agrees to release and hold harmless Wynn MA, LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
