Hotel Cash Rate Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to invited Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions (each, a “Member”). By participating in this Promotion, a Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”). In addition, Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.

To receive the Promotion hotel room rate set forth in email, mailer, and/or online account (the “Promotion Room Rate”), a Member must book a room at Encore Boston Harbor during the period of June 1 through August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). All reservations are subject to availability. The Promotion Room Rate is valid for only one stay, up to seven (7) consecutive nights, during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other offer, and has no cash value. This Promotion is not valid for any group bookings, existing reservations, and is not commissionable. 

A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking and must be presented upon check-in. The credit card will be charged an amount necessary to cover the fees, taxes, plus $150.00 a night for incidentals ($300.00 a night for suites). Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 a.m. on the Member’s arrival date. Reservations are subject to cancellation and a late cancellation fee of $100.00/equal to one (1) night at the Promotion Room Rate if the Member does not check-in by 10 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival. Members who anticipate arriving after 10 p.m. must contact Encore Boston Harbor by calling (857) 770-7100 to ensure their room is held.

The Promotion Room Rate does not include gratuities, food and beverage, or any other amenities. 

Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for two-bedroom suites is 8 people. A $50.00 surcharge per guest will be added for each guest exceeding two (2) persons per room. Violations of the maximum occupancy can result in eviction and cleaning fees. 

Late check-outs will be subject to availability. If a late check-out is not approved, a charge based on the current day’s prevailing room rate will be charged to the credit card on file. 

In addition to any and all available remedies, if the credit card on file declines for any amounts, such amounts will be deducted from the Guest's available Comp dollar balance.

Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion at its sole discretion. These Terms & Conditions are the property of Encore Boston Harbor and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Encore Boston Harbor. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
