When entering Encore Boston Harbor, all guests and employees will pass through a non-invasive thermal scan to check for temperatures.
Guests and our employees are required to wear face coverings. Per the City of Everett, guests must wear a face covering at all times, including outside and in our parking garages and elevators leading to the resort.
Enjoy a meal in comfort at one of our many venues. Dining reservations are strongly encouraged as restaurant capacities have been reduced to meet physical distancing requirements. QR codes are placed on each table that link to an online menu, while single-use paper menus are also available.
Throughout our gaming floor, precautionary measures are in effect. Capacities have been reduced in gaming areas, high-touch areas are wiped down regularly, sanitizer wipes are readily available, and more.
Rest easy. To ensure your safety, hotel common areas have reduced capacities to maintain appropriate physical distancing. All service desks are cleaned between every new guest and every guest room is sanitized twice prior to a new arrival.
We are so excited to welcome you back to Encore Boston Harbor. Based on the operational changes required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, you'll notice some differences when you visit us.
For example, our guests are required to wear masks that cover the nose and mouth. Guests are expected to maintain social distancing, so our Center Bar and nightclub will remain closed. However, you can enjoy beverages when seated and actively engaged in gambling, or while dining in our restaurants. Guests are not allowed to carry or drink beverages while moving through the gaming area.
Our casino will operate at reduced capacity. For more information, please visit https://www.encorebostonharbor.com/view-our-new-experience or check out our regular updates on Facebook. In addition, the Governor's guidelines for the Phase 3 opening of businesses apply, including: If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home. See https://www.mass.gov/info-details/about-covid-19 for symptoms. Governor Baker has issued new rules requiring out-of-state travelers entering Massachusetts and Massachusetts residents returning home to quarantine for 14 days or show that they have a negative COVID-19 test if they are coming from anywhere except lower-risk states. Violations carry a $500 daily fine.
The safety and well-being of our guests and employees remain our highest priority. Once we become aware of any room exceeding occupancy limits, we immediately take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. We have zero tolerance for irresponsible or inappropriate behavior on our property. More information can be found at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-order. Practice social distancing and frequent hand-washing to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Thank you for taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at Encore Boston Harbor. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
