3. DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Maximum Number of Prizes” shall mean a total of one (1) Prize on each Promotional Day.

“Members” shall mean invited Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions (each, a “Member”).

“Prize” shall mean between $10.00 to $2,500.00 of FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) or free table play, in the form of promotional chips, determined at random.

“Promotional Days” shall mean Tuesdays, September 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2024 between 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

4. FREE PLAY EXPIRATION: Free slot play valued at less than $100.00 expires within one (1) calendar day of the date and time of issuance. Free slot play valued at $100.00 or more expires within thirty (30) calendar days of the date and time of issuance. 7. PRIZES: No substitution or transfer of Prizes is permitted. All Prizes are awarded in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all Prize-related expenses and fees including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any Prize.

Weekly Wager Sports Bet Bonus

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions as designated by Encore Boston Harbor in accordance with these Rules (defined below) with an Entry (each, a “Member”).

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”) and agrees that they are subject to and in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions. “Entry” shall mean each losing sports wagering ticket (i.e., with a $0.00 win) with a minimum wager of $50.00 for an event that occurred during the respective Earning Period. The Member must use their Wynn Rewards card at the time the eligible wager is placed by inserting their Wynn Rewards card into the sports betting kiosk or handing their Wynn Rewards card to the sportsbook cashier. Tickets that are printed without a Wynn Rewards card number are not eligible. Entries must be the original tickets. Reprinted tickets are not eligible to be used as an Entry.

“Prize” shall mean a one (1) “bonus bet” voucher equal to at least the value of the original bet up to $250.00.

“Registration Deadline” shall mean 6:30 p.m. on the respective Drawing Day.

4. REGISTRATION: To be eligible for the drawing, Members must deposit their Entry into the drawing barrel by visiting the The Sportsbook during regular operating hours and handing the Entry to the cashier for deposit by the Registration Deadline.

5. PRIZES: On each relevant Drawing Day, ten (10) winners will be drawn for a Prize. Encore Boston Harbor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notice. If a winner is not present, a Prize may be picked up at the The Sportsbook cashier desk during normal operating hours within seven (7) days of the relevant Drawing Day. If a winner claims their Prize by 11:59 p.m. on the day of the relevant Drawing Day, a bonus prize of $100.00 in free table play (in the form of promotional chips) will be issued to such winner. On the Finale Drawing Day, ten (10) winners will be drawn for one Bonus Bet each and one (1) winner will receive $2,500.00 in cash (the “Grand Prize”). The winner of the Grand Prize must be present to win. Cash prizes must be claimed by 9:30 p.m. Bonus bet vouchers may be used on any eligible sports wagering event with odds of bet no greater than -200 (i.e., odds of -210 are not eligible).

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Members are eligible to be drawn for a maximum of one (1) Prize per Drawing Day. All previously unused entries will be eligible for the Finale Drawing. All Prizes are nontransferable. Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Kiosk Redemption Period” shall mean between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the relevant Promotional Day.

3. HOW TO CLAIM A GIFT: During the applicable Promotional Day, Eligible Members must visit a promotional kiosk to select a Gift, subject to availability. Eligible Members will receive a voucher to select one (1) Gift from the promotional kiosk. Gifts can be redeemed at the applicable Gift Pick-Up Location; provided that FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) will be automatically loaded to the Member’s account and free table play (in the form of promotional chips) can be redeemed at the Main Cashier. Wynn Rewards Hero Program

New and existing Wynn Rewards Members who are military veterans, active members of the military, employees of hospitals, ambulance companies or medical or dental practices, firefighters and police officers (collectively, “Heroes”) are invited to join Wynn Rewards as, or upgrade their current Wynn Rewards membership to, Platinum Tier. Heroes may visit the Wynn Rewards desk during normal operating hours to receive their complimentary Platinum Tier upgrade. Heroes will be asked to present a valid form of identification as proof of profession upon the initial upgrade and on an annual basis thereafter. Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any form of identification in its sole discretion. Platinum Tier Heroes shall receive all Platinum Tier Wynn Rewards benefits. Rain Check Terms & Conditions

In the event that Encore Boston Harbor cannot provide a Gift for any reason, Encore Boston Harbor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer a “rain check” (i.e., the Gift to be provided to the Member at a later date) to Members. In the event that a “rain check” Gift is offered to a Member, the Member must complete the Rain Check Form prior to the expiration of the applicable Promotional Day. Encore Boston Harbor will notify the Member when it receives the “rain check” Gift and the Member will have thirty (30) days following such notification to pick-up the “rain check” Gift in-person at Encore Boston Harbor. Third parties will not be permitted to redeem the “rain check” Gift on behalf of a Member).

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY

Wynn Resorts is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests and employees. If anyone interferes with your safety or enjoyment at our resorts, please contact the nearest security officer.

Behavior we consider to be inappropriate and disrespectful is prohibited. This includes:

• Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting or violence.
• Derogatory and threatening language including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legal protected classifications.
• Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, pools and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
• Possession of a weapon except with Wynn Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
• Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
• Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
• Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Wynn Resorts.

Wynn Resorts reserves the right to take all actions permitted by applicable law for violations of this policy.

Management reserves the right to revise, suspend or revoke at any offer at any time and without notice.
