“Earning Period” shall mean from 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, through 8:59 p.m. on the Drawing Day.

“Entry Multipliers” shall mean (i) for Red Tier – 5x entries; (ii) for Platinum Tier – 10x entries; and (iii) for Black Tier+ – 20x entries.

“Trip Prize” shall mean, for the Member and one (1) guest, (i) round trip private air transportation to and from Las Vegas, NV on the New England Patriots team aircraft on June 20, 2025, returning June 22, 2025; (ii) a two (2) night stay at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas, in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion, checking in on June 20, 2025 and departing on June 22, 2025; (iii) ground transportation to and from the airport; and (iv) a New England Patriots alumni reception at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas, the exact location, day and time to be determined by Encore Boston Harbor in its sole discretion

“Multiplier Days” shall mean Fridays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2025.

“Prize” shall mean FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) or free table play (in the form of promotional chips) (collectively, “free play”) valued between $100.00 and $500.00

“Slot Point Threshold” shall mean five (5) slot points.

4. EARNING PERIOD: Members will receive one (1) Complimentary Entry and additional drawing entries for every Slot Point Threshold or equivalent theoretical win in table play earned during the Earning Period. Members may earn Entry Multipliers during the Multiplier Days. Members may view their drawing entries at any promotional kiosk throughout the Earning Period. In the event of system downtime, rated play may not be recorded. Encore Boston Harbor shall not be responsible for any play not recorded.

5. REGISTRATION: To be eligible for the drawing, Members must activate their drawing entry or entries by swiping their Wynn Rewards card at any promotional kiosk during the Activation Period.

6. PRIZES: On the Drawing Day, ten (10) Prize and five (5) Trip Prize winners will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Winners need not be present to win and must claim their prize in accordance with the procedures and in the time frames set forth in Section 7.

7. CLAIMING OF PRIZES: Prize winners will be announced on the casino floor.
