Reservations are recommended but walk-in reservations are available; treatment accommodations are based on availability. An appointment can be made at The Spa reception desk, or by calling our reservations line at (857) 770-3900 in advance.

The Spa at Encore Boston Harbor is located on the third floor. Utilize the hotel elevators to access the spa level. Yes, you can opt to use self-parking or you can valet your car. For more parking information, please click here. If you opt to self-park, we recommend using the Resort South or Resort East entrances as they are closest to the hotel elevators.

Please call The Spa directly at (857) 770-3900 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your service you do so outside of the 24 hour window. Once within 24 hours of the scheduled services it would incur a 50% charge to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 6 hours and no-show notification, guests will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. We consider a no show if we have not heard from the guests 15 minutes past the start of the treatment time in which the remainder of the service would be forfeit.

We strive to provide our guests with a tranquil and private escape from the outside world. Please help us by turning off cell phones, personal electronic devices and cameras upon entering The Spa or The Salon.

For massages, facials and body treatments located in The Spa please arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to shower and take advantage of using the relaxation lounge and the heat and water facilities. To provide ample relaxation time to all our guests receiving treatments, heat and water facilities are available only a maximum of one hour prior to the treatments and not to be used afterwards. For hair, nail, barber and makeup services located in The Salon, please arrive five minutes prior to the start of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.

We accept COMPDOLLARS for all Spa and Salon services and retail. COMPDOLLARS cannot be used towards gratuities.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use The Spa.

Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Professional draping is performed throughout your treatment. A bathing suit is required to use the heat and water facilities.

The heat and water facilities is included only for guests having Spa services of massage, facial or body treatment and is not included to guests’ having Salon services such as hair, nail, barber and makeup services.

Yes. The Spa and The Salon are available for non-resort guests to make reservations.

There are options for our mothers-to-be, please consult with one of our reservation specialists to book your appointments. Please be advised we do not perform pre-natal body treatments during the first trimester, however facial options as well as manicure and pedicures would be available.

Guest having treatments can reunite again before their services start and after using the separate heat and water facilities, at the Co-Ed Tranquility Lounge. We also offer Couples Massage in which services are offered in the same treatment room. The Co-Ed Tranquility Lounge is reserved for guests receiving Spa treatments only and is not available to guests’ purchasing heat and water facility passes.
