Veuve Clicquot’s very own winemaker, Bertrand Varoquier is the host and guest of honor for an evening of celebration and champagne at Rare Steakhouse. Guests will enjoy a stunning lineup from one of the most pre-eminent Champagne houses in the world, paired with a four-course tasting menu by Chef James Ash. Dinner includes dishes such as Black Bass Tartare with Citrus Caviar Dressing, a playful Shellfish Bake with Maine Lobster and a duo of Organic Chicken featuring Morel Mushrooms.
