Book an overnight stay under this package and receive two (2) admission tickets on the Tall Ships Cruise, to be held on Sunday July 12, 2026. In addition to cruise admission, you will receive two complimentary drink tickets for redemption aboard the cruise. The private cruise is two hours long, departing at 7:45 p.m. and returning by 9:45 p.m. Cruise attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Cruise departs from the dock at Encore Boston Harbor, rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided in the event of rain.

Room reservations are limited to Premier King, Premier Double, Premier Harbor View King, Premier Harbor View Double, Signature Suite, Signature Harbor View Suite, Two-Bedroom Residence subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip, and blackout dates will apply. Double beds are available for an additional charge.

DEPOSIT POLICY

We require a deposit of the first night’s room rate and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Except as set forth for specific dates below, cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. Your reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable seven (7) days prior to your arrival and the remaining balance due for all room nights will be charged no earlier than seven (7) days prior to your arrival. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check in

PARKING INFORMATION

Self-parking at our resort is complimentary for Encore guests, subject to availability. Exceptions may apply for special events. Valet parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

OTHER POLICIES

•An authorization will be held on a valid credit card which will be inclusive of room, tax and incidental charges in the amount of $150 per day for Premier guestrooms. Guests staying in Signature Suites will be authorized for room, tax and incidental charges in the amount of $300 per day. Guests staying in the Two-Bedroom Residence will be authorized room, tax and incidental charges in the amount of $500 per day. This is only a hold, the final balance will be charged on your check out day and the remaining funds will be released to your card based on your bank’s determination.

•There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding 2 in a room.

•Check in time after 4 p.m., check out time before 11 a.m.

•Registered guest must be at least 21 years of age for check in.

•There is a 14-day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.

•Bed types are not guaranteed.

•There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations at (857) 770-7100.

•There is a deep cleaning fee of $500 charged for smoking in any room.

•Guests may not bring more than 1 bottle of wine, 1 six-pack, or 1/5 of liquor. Outside food (other than small snacks) and coolers are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to check them at the Bell Desk or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.

•Photography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

•Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is 4 people, and for Two-Bedroom Residences is 8 people. Management may pre-approve additional guests at their discretion. Violations can result in eviction and cleaning fees.
