Oyster Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 4–10 p.m., Friday 4–11 p.m., Saturday from 12–11 p.m., and Sunday from 12–10 p.m. The Taste of Encore Menu is available Sunday through Thursday from 4–7 p.m.
